Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through www.justwritethebook.com, operated by JHM Healthcare Consultants LLC DBA Deep Creek Publishers.
1. Digital Products (Book Blueprint etc.)
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.
2. Coaching and Consulting Services
For consulting or coaching services:
- Payments are non-refundable once services have been delivered
- If a session is canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice, it may be rescheduled
- Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
4. Payment Disputes
By purchasing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us to resolve the issue.
