The First Step

From “I should write a book” to “I know exactly what I’m writing”

One of the first things we’ll do together is get clear on two things:

What is the message of your book? And who are you writing it for?

That clarity is your first big win. Because before you worry about chapters, publishing, covers, or marketing, you need to know what you’re really trying to say—and who needs to hear it.

From there, we’ll create the path forward.

Over the course of up to 12 months, I’ll guide you as you develop your idea, build your book outline, work on your manuscript, and create a plan for self-publishing.

At a minimum, you’ll come away with a clear book outline and publishing plan so you know what you’re creating and what needs to happen next.

The Support

You won’t be doing this alone

This is not one of those programs where you get access to a pile of videos and are left to figure everything out yourself.

We’ll meet live twice each month, and you’ll also have access to me between sessions. You’ll get practical guidance, feedback, accountability, and the occasional gentle push when you need one.

I’m friendly and practical, but I’m also going to hold you accountable to the thing you said you wanted to do.

Because a book doesn’t get written by thinking about writing it. At some point, you have to put words on the page.

I know the decisions that need to be made, the places writers tend to get stuck, and what it takes to move from an idea to a real publishing plan.

But you do need to be ready to participate.

This is not a done-for-you book service. I’m not going to disappear for six months and hand you a finished manuscript with your name on the cover. You are the author.

You’ll need to make time for the work, write the words, make decisions, and keep moving. I’ll give you the path, guidance, support, accountability, and experience. But you have to walk the path.
